AcroDid you know that acro stands for acrobatics? Well, acro is a fun hip hop and stunt like dance. It is vey fun and you have to use lots of energy. It is kind of like floor gymnastics except it is more stunt worthy and more dance like. It is fun to mix in a bit of acro in jazz and hip hop dances.

Flexibility is very helpful when it comes to acro. You have to bend your back or go really far in splits. Being flexible is like the center in acro. If you are not flexible, you will have a harder time. If you go under Just Dance you will find helpful tips in flexibility and acro combos.
